Testimonials

...thanks so much for your tour today Christine.  We had been disappointed in our Auckland leg of the journey and you have just made our time here incredibly memorable!  I will certainly be recommending you to our friends who are coming over to New Zealand next October.  Thanks so much.... Maureen - UK.

....just a great big thank you for your delightful tour of your wonderful Island.  You were great, the Island was great.  Really enjoyed ourselves. Good luck for the summer!....Stan & Peggy  - California

....attached are some photos of us at that darling little bay you took us to.  Can you email me the name of it as I can't remember.  Such a beautiful Island you live on.  Loved the tour and will tell all of our friends..Sue - Tasmania

....thanks so much once again for your time and help for our group the other day.  Without your knowledge and input we would have all been still sitting at the house in a muddle.  Everyone kept talking about you and how great you were in organising all that you did. Way beyond the call of duty!  Thanks once again...Melissa - Auckland.

...just a short note to Thank You very much for your Wine/Sightseeing Tour in the weekend.  It was a great day, very relaxed and good value thanks to you and your friendliness.  Will recommend you to all I know in fact my daughter in law Laura will probably contact you soon re a visit she is planning with a group of ladies. Again Thank you and I hope our paths cross again...Geoff -  Whangarei

Scenic Flight

            Scenic Flight:

See Waiheke Tours provides a combination of a Scenic Flight and Wine tasting/sightseeing tour

Spend the morning traveling the stunning coastal areas of the Island.  Visit many isolated bays and inlets.  We stop for wine tasting at a couple of vineyards before heading off for your flight over the Island.

There are two choices here. A fixed-wing plane or a helicoptor.  You choose. (prices differ slightly)

After the flight I take you a vineyard/restaurant for lunch.  We do more sightseeing in the afternoon with another wine tasting before your transfer to the ferry departing for Auckland at 4pm.

Scenic Flight & Tour: 10am ferry departs downtown Auckland, arrives on Waiheke at 10.35am. Sights, wine and flight. Lunch at 1.30 and transfer back to the ferry at 4pm.

 from $160 p.p

  • Meet & Greet
  • Day Tour with guide and commentary.
  • Scenic flight
  • All on-island transfers

Helicopter & Tour Waiheke and Rotoroa Islands:

We travel the stunning coastal areas of Waiheke Island stopping for a wine tasting at one of the boutique vineyards.  A helicopter flight shows us the Central and Eastern end of Waiheke before heading over to Rotoroa Island for a 30 minute stop-over.

Rotoroa is the Hauraki Gulf's newest treasure. Closed to the public for the last 100 years it presents an award winning exhibition Centre showing the Island's history and its conservation efforts.  A stunning Island and not to be missed.

Flying back to Waiheke we stop for a vineyard lunch before more sightseeing and returning to the ferry departing for Auckland.

$270 p.p. which includes the day tour on Waiheke Island, cost of wine tasting, scenic flight and visit to Rotoroa.
